Willow Tree Lodge is a residential nursing home located in the historic Cathedral city of Canterbury Kent. The home is set on the Old Dover Road in the much-favoured area of South Canterbury and just a stone throw away from Kent & Canterbury Hospital. The Home has been beautifully furnished and majority of the bedrooms benefit from having their own private en-suite facility. It is located conveniently within walking distance to Kent County Cricket Club, local amenities and transport links.
Willow Tree Lodge is registered to provide residential care for 34 elderly residents with nursing needs.
Residential nursing care is for those who have health conditions that require the supervision of qualified medical staff and who cannot continue to live in their own home, even with the support of home care services. Residential nursing care provides day to day support in a safe and comfortable environment with a 24-hours a day nurse on hand to provide assistance and intervention when necessary. The care needs of the individual will be assessed and a personalised care plan will be devised to suit the ability and requirements of prospective residents whilst preserving their independence, choice and dignity.
The care plan is constantly monitored and updated in order to ensure that, as individual care needs change over time, each resident is receiving the appropriate care.
Residential Care can be for a short period (Respite Care), long term or permanent. We also offer day-care options with full access to all facilities.
This is for people living with Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia. Whether dementia is in its early stages or advanced, we can offer care suitable for you.
